Recientemente, FX-Prevent ha suministrado el primer sistema de prevenci\u00f3n de incendios LOX en Sud\u00e1frica. La instalaci\u00f3n de LOX fue encargada por Euroberry (Pty Ltd) e intermediada por nuestros distribuidores sudafricanos, Nitro-Gen Africa. Euroberry es un proveedor de fruta congelada en el mercado sudafricano con en su gama: pur\u00e9s de fruta, concentrados de fruta y fruta deshidratada. Euroberry se fund\u00f3 en 2000 y hoy cuenta con tres almacenes frigor\u00edficos y centros de distribuci\u00f3n en los principales centros comerciales de: Somerset West (sede central), Johannesburgo y Durban.<\/p>\n

Euroberry se puso en contacto con FX-Prevent a trav\u00e9s de nuestro distribuidor sudafricano, Nitro-Gen Africa, con la petici\u00f3n de dise\u00f1ar y construir un sistema LOX de reducci\u00f3n de ox\u00edgeno y prevenci\u00f3n de incendios para el almac\u00e9n frigor\u00edfico de gran altura de su planta de fabricaci\u00f3n de Ciudad del Cabo.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Como el aire de los almacenes frigor\u00edficos es extremadamente seco, hay m\u00e1s probabilidades de que se produzca un incendio. Por eso es muy importante proteger el almac\u00e9n. Al reducir el nivel de ox\u00edgeno al 17%, el fuego no puede iniciarse ni propagarse. Euroberry reconoci\u00f3 la importancia de tomar las mejores precauciones posibles en materia de seguridad contra incendios para proteger sus inversiones y a sus empleados de un posible incendio. Una de las principales razones de Euroberry para elegir el sistema de prevenci\u00f3n de incendios LOX fue la alta eficiencia energ\u00e9tica de nuestras unidades generadoras de nitr\u00f3geno HP-PSA.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Sistema LOX<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Nuestras unidades de producci\u00f3n de nitr\u00f3geno est\u00e1n construidas con componentes de alta calidad y las unidades est\u00e1n dise\u00f1adas de forma que puedan seguir produciendo durante el mantenimiento. La capacidad de aire comprimido necesaria para el sistema de nitr\u00f3geno LOX se suministra mediante dos compresores para conseguir redundancia tambi\u00e9n en este caso. El almac\u00e9n tiene un volumen total aproximado de 13.000 m3.<\/p>\n

Teniendo en cuenta la entrada y salida del almac\u00e9n y las fugas de aire, desarrollamos y construimos una reducci\u00f3n de ox\u00edgeno LOX que puede producir suficiente nitr\u00f3geno por hora. Al insuflar un 95% de nitr\u00f3geno puro en la c\u00e1mara frigor\u00edfica, el nivel de ox\u00edgeno se reduce al 17%; este nivel se mantiene autom\u00e1ticamente en todo momento.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Para controlar adecuadamente el nivel de ox\u00edgeno en las zonas protegidas, FX-Prevent ha instalado nueve sensores LOX Detect. Las salas adyacentes y la sala t\u00e9cnica tambi\u00e9n est\u00e1n vigiladas por LOX Detect.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

El sistema tambi\u00e9n cuenta con dos pantallas LCD (con lectura del nivel de ox\u00edgeno) y alarmas visuales y ac\u00fasticas, que controlan las puertas de acceso. En la sala t\u00e9cnica se ha instalado una unidad de control con pantalla t\u00e1ctil para asegurar el sistema.<\/p>\n
